Shipping & Insurance

Shipping and handling costs for particular items are clearly stated during the process of adding the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by your zip code, and you must enter a valid US zip code for your shipping location to obtain shipping and handling costs. The estimated processing times are stated for each item and processing times reflect the time we take to process your order ¡°before¡± it ships out to you.

We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, or errors on the part of the carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions and standards in your local delivery area.

Currently we only ship within the United States . We do not ship internationally and do not accept international orders or orders placed with non-US issued credit cards. Any international orders or orders placed with non-US credit cards will be cancelled immediately.

We do not currently ship to APO / FPO addresses or PO boxes.

We cannot use a customer's own carrier account number (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping an order under any circumstances.

UPS Ground ¨C This is the standard shipping method we use for most items. UPS ground takes from 1-5 business days depending on what part of the country your merchandise is being shipped to. That is time in transit from when we physically ship out your item from our facility and assumes there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier's part. Please check processing times for any items you order from us. UPS Ground is not available to HI, AK or PR. Shipments to HI, AK or PR are available through UPS 2nd Day Air only.

UPS 2nd Day Air ¨C This is available for most items available for order. UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are delivered 2 business days after shipment from us, assuming there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier's part. Please check processing times for any items you order, this will determine when an order ships out from our facility. Selecting 2nd Day Air does not guarantee an item will get priority handling or processing. Normal order processing time may still apply.

UPS Next Day Saturday - UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday,

All deliveries , whether via UPS or freight service, must be signed for, no exceptions. All shipments are insured and tracked and we cannot ship an item non-signature required.

Any shipments that are refused for no reason, other than damage, or any shipments returned to us because the shipping address provided to us was invalid, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the actual shipping costs to and from your shipping location. If the item was purchased as part of a special shipping promotion or with free shipping, actual shipping charges will be billed to you.

Our products are normally shipped by UPS GROUND.
U.S. Order:
Shipping & Handling is $29.99 for first item. $10.00 for additional purchase.
Canada Order:
Shipping & Handling is $49.99 for first item. $14.00 for additional purchase.

Insurance:
Shipping insurance is required at $7.00

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICES

Customer shall register in our web site within 30 days of purchase to receive this warranty service.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. During this period, we will repair or replace the defective parts of this product, at our option, at no cost to the purchaser of the product.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral including any warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

 Any liability is expressly limited to an amount equal to the purchase price paid and all claims for special, incidental and consequential damages are hereby excluded.

 This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchase and does not cover any defect resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, external destruction, alternation, modification, and use for commercial purposes, or any use not in conformity with the printed directions.

 If you have a claim under this warranty, please call our customer service number or log in your request at our web site or email to our support staff first. Our employee may be able to help you solve the problem over the phone or the Internet.

Any replacement (on parts or the whole unit) will require you to ship us the defect part(s)/unit first. All shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

 We offer 30 (thirty) days unconditional money back guarantee for our product.

We offer up to one year free replacement of all parts EXCEPT THE LCD SCREEN.

Please contact us with your name, order number and parts needed to be replaced.

We will send you the replacement parts FREE of charge including freight.

The company reserves the right to change the terms and condition without prior notice.

For any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase; just return it within 2 weeks after you receive it for a prompt refund of THE PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. SHIPPING CHARGES IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Do NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE C.O.D, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Please follow the return instructions below to assist us in handling your account properly.

Use the original shipped carton and enclosed original address label. Also, wrap the product with its original packing material. If you do not have these, please use strongbox and pack with proper packing material. Return the package using insured Parcel Post or UPS. Insured the package and keep the insurance receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.

Returns may be accepted on a case by case basis w/ the following conditions: 

    • ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED.
    • RETURN SHIPPING IS 100% THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.
    • THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS.
    • S&H IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
    • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN FOR ANY REASON.

Refunds will not be issued, only credits towards other merchandise.

Anti-Fraud Address Verification Policy & Procedure

WE ARE SERIOUS! Please read thoroughly before completing your order.

To insure your order is processed correctly, please be careful when entering your billing and shipping information. For security reasons, and like other legitimate merchants, we verify all billing addresses with the issuing bank of the credit card you are paying with in order to protect the cardholder from the potential risk of credit card fraud. We reserve the right to protect our customers and our business by refusing and canceling any order with false or fraudulent information. Please be accurate when entering your billing and shipping information.

A valid credit card billing address MUST be entered in the billing address field when placing your order, regardless of where the item is being shipped.  

We currently do not accept international orders or orders placed with non-US issued credit cards. All credit cards must be issued by a US bank or card issuer and billed to a US address. We verify all credit card information on all purchases.

There is no sales tax on any orders shipped anywhere outside of New Jersey . Orders shipped to addresses within New York will be subject to 8.625% sales tax.

If your credit card billing address is a PO Box, please provide that billing address in the billing address field and please provide us with a physical shipping address in the shipping address field when ordering. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.  

Address Verification Procedure:

In order to PROTECT OURSELVES AND YOU OUR VALUED CUSTOMER FROM INTERNET FRAUD , whenever the shipping address is different from the credit card's billing address , we must obtain proper verification in one of two ways before we ship this order:

Option 1:  

Fax / Scan or Email us the following information:

- A letter clearly stating your order number
- your credit card's billing address
- your alternate shipping address
- your request authorizing us to ship to this different address
- with your signature
- a photocopy of your drivers license and 
- a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card you will use for the purchase. 


Fax this information to us, Attention AVS at this fax number: 1-212-406 3037. If you prefer to email us this information, please include all of the above in your email and scan a copy of your drivers license and the front and back of the credit card used for the order, attach the images to the email in JPEG format, and email it to us at: support@aaiusi.com. Please include your order number as the subject of the email.  

Option 2:

You may contact your credit card issuer and add the shipping address to your credit card account as a temporary secondary shipping address. Most major card issuers and banks have no problems doing this, but certain smaller banks and credit unions may not be equipped to do this. This will not affect your credit card billing or your credit card account in any way, and you can always remove this address from your account once your order has been fulfilled. 

If you choose this option, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY during our business hours.  Informing us that you have added the proper information.   We then will contact your credit card issuer to verify this information and continue processing your order

Note, you must contact us within 7 days of placing an order with us that is being shipped to an alternate shipping address and inform us which of the options listed above you have fulfilled, or your order will be automatically cancelled.

All orders also require a valid working email address, telephone number, and valid telephone number of the credit card issuer (generally located on the back of the credit card) so we may contact you if any issues arise with your order or credit card information. You will not be called by telemarketers or receive any junk email or spam on any telephone number or email address you provide to us. If any of these methods of contact prove to be invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
