Products Warranty
Our line of HID lighting products are all covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, use other than the intended use or application, accidents, or natural disasters. All bulbs are tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. It is the purchasers responsibility to incur all warranty and return shipping charges. Our HID-Xenon Conversion Kit are for off-road driving only within the United states only, we do not held any responsibilities if its used on daily driving.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We promise that our Xenon kits will impress you if you're not satisfied with them, let us know and we'll refund your purchase. Please note that the Xenons must be in the exact same condition which you purchased them, and include all packaging materials, etc. Failure to do so will result in a non-refund and we'll send your kit(s) back to you. Our refund policies ONLY apply if you had a professional shop install your kits. We do NOT accept refunds for amateur installations, due to the many factors involved that can contaminate the kits (such as, but not limited to: touching the bulbs with bare hands, mishandling the ballasts, incorrectly wiring the kits, etc.).
All returns must be notified within 7 days of delivery. In your email please include the following:

Reason for return
Your name & address
Phone number and e-mail address
General Return Guidelines: Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
Are in their original packaging/unopened
Have original manufacturer information
Are not damaged
Do not have missing parts
All cancelled orders are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. shiiping & handling fees are non refundable.
All return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. There are no refunds on freight. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
If the buyer returns a kit to us claiming it has defects and we test the product and find no defects the buyer will have to pay for return shipping. If the product is in fact defected, we will replace the product and ship it back to the buyer and in this case shipping is covered by us. We HIGHLY recommend a professional to install any kits so that false claims are not submitted.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all products returned. Please email for any questions you might have before buying.
Damaged Products:
Before signing for your package, make sure the box or packing tape has not been damaged. If box looks like it has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign! If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please e-mail us immediately. We will respond within 24 hours and will guide you through a return and replacement process

You understand that we do not assume liability for any installation, professional or amateur, and we do not assume any liability for damage incurred to your vehicle as a result of any purchase made with us. You agree by purchasing this item, that you will not hold a&a int'l usa inc., , it's owners, officers, or investors liable for any injury or damage as a result of any item purchase from us.
We reserve the right to honor, or not honor any warranties and/or guarantees on a per-case basis. Sometimes customers mishandle the bulbs or kits and expect a full refund when they were the actual culprit in contaminating the product. We also realize that sometimes kits are defective - and we will always work with the customer to resolve any problems associated with the items we sell. Due to our continuously revolving inventory, you may receive a kit different than it looks on the site. Fear not! Every kit we sell falls under the tightest scrutiny and testing. Again - we would never sell a product that we wouldn't put in our own cars!
