About HID Xenon High Intensity Discharge (HID) is a new type of lighting technology that's primarily different from the conventional halogen bulbs that use a heated tungsten filament. Unlike Halogen lamps, High-Intensity-Discharge (HID) lamps don't have a filament but create light by the arc between two electrodes. The arc activates the Xenon, which in turn ignites the metal halide. The light produced by an HID Xenon lighting system is greater than a standard halogen bulb and with less power consumption. On the road, HID Xenon lighting systems appear as a bright white beam which resembles natural daylight. The bright white beam offers greater visibility and road safety. In an HID Xenon lighting system, the voltage between the two electrodes rises firstly from 12V to 23000V and keeps stable at 8000V by using the Xenon HID ballasts system. Due to the ultra high voltage, the Xenon gas ionises and a super-bright beam is produced, whose color temperature is up to 12000K. The HID Xenon lighting is much more economic, more stable and brighter than the conventional automobile lighting.  
Advantages of Xenon Light LOW POWER CONSUMPTION The xenon bulb provides more than twice the amount of light of a halogen bulb, while only consuming half the power (wattage). Therefore, the driver can see more clearly, and the car has more power for other functions. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly, as less power means less fuel consumption. 3 TIMES BRIGHTERThe clear white light produced by the Xenon bulb is similar to daylight. Research has shown that this enables drivers to concentrate better. Furthermore, this particular light color reflects the road markings and signs better than conventional lighting. EXTREMELY LONG LIFEThe xenon bulb also delivers a marked contribution to road safety in the event of limited visibility due to weather conditions. In practical terms, the life span of the bulb is equal to that of the car, which means that the bulb need only be replaced in exceptional cases. Temperature: Color Temperature is a measurement in Degrees Kelvin that indicates the hue of a specific type of light source. Many people believe the misconception that color temperature is a rating of the brightness of the bulb or HID kit. This belief is completely false. The reality of the matter is that the higher the color temperature, the less useable light output you will obtain. Higher K kits such as 7000k, 7500k, etc. have been manufactured for individuals that are more concerned about the actual color output of their lights as opposed to the actual useable light output they produce.

Optical signal part: It mainly consists of photosensitive sensors that convert the exterior optical intensity to an electric current, which transmits to the signal processing system. 2. Signal processing system: Mainly consisting of integrated electronics, this part is responsible for analyzing; optimizing and processing the signals received and then transmitting drive signals to the liquid crystal control and drive part.
3. Liquid crystal control and drive part: According to the signals of the signal processing system, this part will generate an electric field through the evenly distributed conductive membrane on the N atrium -free glass to control and drive the liquid crystal molecules and to very their alignment, thus varying its visual transparency.
4. LCD screen part: This part consists of an 11-layered flat structure.
- Two 1-mm-thickNatrium-free glass substrates
- A special liquid crystal injected between the Natrium-free glass substrates with approximately 15 microns' spacing
- There is a transparent electric membrane inside Natrium-free glass, which can generate electromagnetic field.
- The transparent electric membrane is attached with a vacuum evaporated alignment membrane in order to control the ordered liquid crystal molecular arrangement.
- The outside of the Natrium-free glass is optical polarizing plate to disperse light in different directions.
- There is high-molecular sticking coating inside the polarizing plate to prevent the display screen from being damaged.
The 11-layered structure is an organic body that changes transparency wthin 0.15 sec under the control of the signal processing system.
5. Power supply: The System incorporates two possible options for the power source. The first is to use two AAA batteries within the AGS itself. The second is to use electricity provided by the vehicle.
6. Connection part: This part connects AGS to the interior of the vehicle; it includes control buttons, such as 'On/Off' and 'Day/ Night'.This part can be specialized design according to various auto types.
